Reservations and Conditions

Reservations by phone:

We respond to all email enquiries within 24 hours but we confirm all reservations by telephone.  We choose to talk to all of our guests over the telephone because we prefer the old style of personal contact so that we can get to know you a little bit before your arrival.  This supports our motto “Come as guests, leave as friends.”

Guaranteed Reservations Cancellation Policy:

A cancellation of a reservation must be made before 6:00 pm local time by the Cardholder prior to 7 days before arrival date by contacting the B&B by telephone and obtain a cancellation number; otherwise, charges for one night’s accommodation will be charged to the Cardholder by a sales draft completed by the B&B.

All rates are subject to 5% PST.
